What can I expect on my first order?
You simply schedule a pickup using our website. During your first order you will set your preferences such as wash temperature, dryer temperature, detergent selection, fabric softener selection, and dryer sheet selection. There’s a special instruction section where you can set up customer laundry preferences that allow us to clean your clothes just like you do.
Choose the option for Pickup and Delivery. You will then schedule a pickup time. We have a special partnership with DoorDash so you can schedule a pickup within 10 minutes of placing an order or at any time/day you like! You will get text updates when your Dasher is arriving.
Place your clothes in trash bags or our nylon laundry bags and leave them at your doorstep. Don’t worry about separating lights from darks, mens from womens, etc. Just shove it all in a bag and let us do your dirty work.
We read each clothing label’s instructions and read your personal preferences to clean your clothes properly.
After your clothes are perfectly cleaned and folded, we text you that your order is ready and provide you a link to schedule your delivery. A Dasher will then deliver your order to your doorstep at the scheduled delivery time.
What is the turnaround time?
We offer FREE next-day turnaround time for all orders.
Do you offer same-day service?
