Launderbag Terms and Conditions of Service

We take washing, drying your clothes very seriously. Our washing experts have been at this for 20 years and very rarely does a situation occur but rest assured that in the unlikely event that DoorDash loses your belongings they carry a $3,000 insurance policy and payouts are easy. 

We use the same laundromats and the same wash experts for all orders to ensure quality and consistency. Each washer has 20+ years of experience and our laundromat partners must maintain a 4.5 star online rating at all times to qualify as our partner. 

Please note that wash, dry, and fold is not dry cleaning and should be used for items that generally cost under $100 such as pants, shirts, socks, underwear and everyday common clothing. If you have expensive name-brand clothing, leather, or suede, please do not send those expensive items to any laundromat or wash, dry, and fold. They should be dry cleaned only.

LaunderBag is not liable for damaged garments.

Heavily Soiled Items

Items that are heavily soiled may incur an extra fee because they must be pre-treated and washed twice in separate machines.

Contaminated Items

We cannot accept items that have been contaminated with:

– Bodily fluids

– Hazardous chemicals

– Excessive amounts of pet hair

LaunderBag reserves the right to refuse service.  Contaminated items will be returned back to you un-washed. We cannot accept contaminated items because they pose a safety risk to our employees and the items of other customers cleaned in the same facility.
